Check the ingredients on all of that stuff. Doing everything from scratch and organic this year
I was gonna say...that would give me a blown up bellie for a week with major pain. All the additives and the pain... I'd rather not have anything... 'Cept the apple, onion, potatoes, peas, carrots and butter...I'd make potato soup and fried apples...steamed peas and carrots and be full and satisfied. :) Plus you could saute the peas and carrots in butter with a little sugar, brown sugar, molasses, and sweetin' them up and have two types of vegies. Good luck finding a turkey @ $.89lb. I think those daze are behind us. Your heart is in the right place, hope your Thanksgiving is a nice one! :hf: Oh, if you want meat, try Cornish Hens, or roast a chicken. Pray For The True :peace: Of Jerusalem
sure eat this way and KILL YOUR HEART.
Eat WHAT way? I just made a delicious, natural meal, :wtf: NIP? Pray For The True :peace: Of Jerusalem
I listed this out to encourage those who have less money to work with this year to go ahead and provide a holiday family meal to the best of their ability anyway.
