Original Message Why does the MKULTRA Program Target PSI Victims And Potentiates?

For me, the program kicked into when I had ET Contact on a DMT trip.

Then after that after the compartmentalization, a bunch of clinical diagnosises followed.

I'm sure there are MANY people here who have encountered similar fates.
