[quote:Tawandaaaa:MV8xNzE2NDAyXzI4MzkyNzc3XzMxMDVGMzUx] It varies widely. I've worked places where they paid all of it for family, some where they paid for mine and I had to pay the difference for family coverage. Right now, my insurance runs $1683 per quarter for just me. Family coverage is around $2900/quarter. The $600-$1300/mo sounds in line with most places. I'd say $400/mo applied toward that cost is a nice supplement. More and more companies are dropping their share. We have one policy that is $32,000/year for family coverage. That is not a typo. [/quote]

I got a job offer and they pay for $400 dollars a month towards 10 different plans that they offer. Plans go from 600 to 1,300 a month. Does anyone know what the average is for an employer to pay each month?
