When the economic collapse occurs, all paper assets will go to ZERO. Even gold and silver will be worth zero in terms of paper. And when this happens, when commerce grinds to a halt, this is when the shit will truly hit the fan.
Poof! No gasoline.
Poof! No food at the grocery stores.

Poof! No running water.
The politicians and the crony capitalists are desperately attempting to keep the financial system afloat because they know when the collapse occurs, the days of their obscene prosperity will be numbered. As the one-percenters begin to realize this, they will have no choice but to pull their money out of the system which will further expedite the collapse. After the crash, the majority of the one-percenters will be hunted down by the mobs; indeed, they will be sacrificed by TPTB who have been planning this event for quite some time.

For those intelligent few of you who have prepared for the impending economic chaos, you will quickly realize it was all for nothing as you are overrun by the terrified masses; there will simple be too many of them. Yes, you tried to warn your friends, your family and whoever else you thought may take heed, but they scoffed at you. Well, at least you did your part; take consolation in that. Hopefully, those of you that have prepared will ultimately choose to give as you have, and for that I would commend you. But many of you will choose to kill to protect what you deem is rightfully yours. I ask you this, to what end? Well, how about this ending…
As millions begin to starve to death, the TPTB’s elite military which has knowingly prepared for this event will round up children between the ages of two and six and relocate them to safe havens (e.g. FEMA camps) so they can be protected from the masses. Starving parents will willingly give up their starving children as they realize their demise is imminent. The rest of the population will be left to fight-to-the-death over food. It will be a nightmare scenario; it will make Mad Max look like a Sunday picnic; it will be horrific beyond imagination.
In the cities, gangs will quickly establish dominance over the rest of the city population as they go door-to-door to loot and pillage what they may. As the inner city food supply dwindles, the starving gangs will move into the suburbs in their desperate search for food, but all they will find is a starving middle-class whom they will butcher and eat without a second thought. Once the easy human prey has been consumed, these gangs will then turn on themselves and eat each other and that will be the end of any organized human activity within the cities. I estimate cities and suburbs will become 98% depopulated within two years.
So now you know why TPTB have located most of humanity in cities; we have been neatly packaged in preparation for self-extermination. We have been provided food by TPTB just as we provide food for our pets. We are incapable of providing for ourselves and so we have become like pets. And soon, the pet food will be taken away.
As for those residing in rural areas, they will be inundated by people from the cities and suburbs who had the foresight to leave before it was too late to do so. They will try to plant food and work together, but without electricity and supplies, they too will succumb to starvation. I estimate the rural areas will become 90% depopulated within five years. Unlike the city population, some of the hardy rural population will survive, but just barely; life will be hard and it will be short.
The children that were saved by the elite military will be RFID tagged and all future children shall be chipped at birth. They will be shown video archives of the horrifying collapse and will be taught the only way humans can live in harmony with each other is to live by these guidelines.
1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule passion — faith — tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.

These humans will become the New World Order Humans. After several generations, the technologically superior N.W.O. humans will begin to repopulate the Earth. One of their top priorities will be to promptly eradicate the “wild” humans so that humanity can never reestablish itself outside of the “chipped” system.
