[quote:Alexander:MV8xNzI0NTM4XzM4NjcyMTQxX0REQzk3QzZF] I'd like to add a bit on observations about kids who get too much too soon. This is based on our 17 year olds experience with the kids in the private schools here and on my own personal observations. Many of them are just egotistical brats and irritating. They tend to have an attitude of entitlement (as do many who have been on the government dole as a way of life). They generally end up using drugs and alcohol because it's cool and easily become addicted for life. In addition it's the sucky attitude that is not cool. Yes, I want the kids to be okay. And given some have disabilities this is a good thing for the family. The good news is that the youngest has good values and is very frugal. This is not someone who likes to shop for entertainment. Instead time is spent writing and sometimes watching Kitchen Nightmares on youtube. We don't have a TV because what's on TV is crap. For us it makes retirement a reality... sooner then later. Otherwise we might have ended up like Kissinger and work into our 80s. Seriously. It would be nice to travel and visit family - everywhere. It would be nice to be in an RV and visit all of the National Parks in the US before they're all owed by China. It would be nice to have a place outside of Nazi Amerika because the current government is what disturbs me the most. Uruguay and Ecuador look good - although the Cayman Islands and Bahamas look like fun. Or we just may end up staying put. At least there are options that are fun to consider and some freedom to help the family along with helping make a difference for others. [/quote]

Iraq is rapidly becoming a force in world economics due to its oil reserves. What do you think the effects will be on the world economic stage. sk
