this lawsuit is not winable.  read it.  I has to do with a person who had in his possession bonds he was not entitled to have, and it was known and another intercepted the bonds. So now this keenan wants all the profits and payoffs "promised" to him and he is suing for it.  this has nothing to do with anything else.

This story of the arrests of some was covered on television when it happened in italy.  It is about a very bent out of shape Neil Keenan who did not properly hold the bonds and allowed another to hold them, who then recouped them for the proper owner, or at least that was the attempted.

Obviously the release of the lawsuit ( and hey Keenan threatened to include ME and RMNs in it too),  thru Divine Cosmos is a public game having some purpose.

Did you catch that list of defendants?
