Original Message "Off" meaning:

A) more visible during the day than in the past

B) also meaning its more variable viewable tilt again to us on earth, again moreso than usual in the past

Reasons:

1) Earth's atmosphere has thinned (so hence the increased viewability during the day)

2) The almost highly erratic variable magnetic shifting of the Earth (gives the moon its almost uncanny tilt sometimes)
