I eat alot of rice and beans (i hear brown rice and lentils / chick peas) is great for vegans as a meat replacement.

Original Message I eat organic grass fed cows and hate it when vegans claim that meat takes one week to pass thru your digestive track.

Vegans along with those cows I eat i also eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, brown rice, oatmeal, wild caught fish, organic chicken, nuts I crap everyday with ease, I'm strong as a horse, I feel great, I dont suffer from anemia
