Original Message As I was leaving a Hampton Inn in VA recently I noticed the housekeeping cart parked in the hallway. On that cart I saw what WAS a LARGE bottle of blue mouthwash on the cart. Now, that caught my eye because I couldn't figure out any other reason to have a bottle of mouthwash that large on a housekeeping cart if they wern't using it to refill the tiny bottles they give you in the room. I can't say for sure that is what they are doing, but from now on I will be certain that the tamper strip has not been broken. Sometimes those complimentary bottles don't come with tamper tapes which is very concerning!!!!!!! I just wanted to share my experience and give everyone the heads up on possible unsanitary refilling could be happening!
