Good way to eat your spinach, carrots and kale without having to actually taste it when you also put in fruits.
I have an old vitamix. It's great as it does pulverize whole foods. But the difference is the juicer is supposed to be less taxing on your body organs especially if your liver, etc, is so out of whack and you really need to have your body only process the liquid enzyme juice, and NOT the fiber. I may have mentioned earlier that I LOVE my new HUROM juicer. I did a 'side by side' with a Jack la Lane juicer, and got 60% more juice with my Hurom. With the price of organic food these days I figured I'd invest knowing I'd get more juice for my $buck.
I have always made fun of die-hard juicers. The idea always seemed ridiculous to me. I love food too much.
However, if you worry about getting all of your nutrients the natural way, it's the best way to do it.
Think about it.
So, I was talked into trying it for awhile. I was like, "oh hell no!" but I tried it.
First few days...suck ass.
After that?
Whole. New. Person.
And doing it cuts down your risk of cancer. It has all kinds of other benefits too
