You're lucky as hell!

Other than the mortgage, I've got so much of that shit it's unbelievable!  It's nothing but a fucking headache that costs me 10s of 1000s each year to maintain, defend, manage, and pay taxes on.

The tax man is always lurking, inflation is eating it up 400k in savings like cancer, 2 million in real estate is now worth 1 million, but not many people have a million to buy it if I tried to sell it.

If I had it to do all over again, I'd live in a fucking tent, and I wouldn't have to worry about losing anything.  I'd only have to worry about living one day at a time.
