Original Message everytime i lay down to go to sleep my nose closes up drastically and i am super stuffy and often a whistle is produced which has led to terrible nights, night after night.

anyone know any solutions to this?

i have tried breathe right strips which helps as well as snore things you shove up your nose to open it up, all these only sometimes work and is annoying.

anyone found a solution to this / experience this?

when i stand up and walk around for a bit my nose opens right up! soooo annoying i cant sleep standing up!
