I have this knot on my taint close to my anus. The other day it was about the size of a large marble. So when I took a shower I squeezed it as hard as I could in the hope I could pop it and get some relief. Well it didn't pop like I wanted it to, it did erupted outward instead it popped under the skin and has got bigger. Well I don't want to go to the hospital, for one I cant afford it and second come on who would want to if they were in my situation. So my question is would I be able to lance it with a hot needle?
