Original Message I am one week gluten-free and vegan and my sugar intake is limited to pure maple syrup and other organic sugars at a minimum. I also do not eat anything processed with ingredients that sound chemical or strange.

I start my day with a smoothie containing organic pure brown rice protein, almond milk, coconut oil, vital greens liquid, a banana and half a can of pure pineapple.

I feel amazing...my energy is incredible and I am pooping 3 times a day always comfy and quick, I used to only go once a day and it was never this great!
