Original Message I'm a smoker, I know it's not good for me and the best way to get rid of the smoke smell is to STOP SMOKING.

Unfortunately it's easier said than done. I quit recently for two months and I'm back at it again. I still haven't given up.

What I hate is walking around all day smelling like an ashtray, even if I've only had one cigarette that morning.

I also hate the smoke smell in my car..
And in the garage, where I smoke in the winter months.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the smell?!
Especially in my hair. Perfume only masks the smell for a short time.. And I've noticed that a good shampoo and conditioning still leaves behind the smell.

Does anything work for anyone else???
