[quote:arkay:MV8xNzc2Mjk3XzMzNjk5NTkxXzg2OUJGNkM1] The USDA has released further sequencing from the Ohio swine isolates, with some interresting revelations. Ohio H3N2v Swine With PB1 E618D and H1N1pdm09 M Gene Recombinomics Commentary 19:45 October 1, 2012 The USDA has released addition recent H3N2v swine sequences. Included were sequences for the internal genes (PB2, PB1, PA, NP, NS) for 3 June, 2012 isolates from Ohio. This final paragraph, again asks more questions that there are yet answers for, and again, it involves patient zero from the West Virginia day care centre, who developed influenza in hospital under unusual and as yet unexplained circumstances. Therefore, the presence of both changes in the June Ohio swine raises concerns that this combination will increase the potential for human adaptation and transmission. However, these isolates, like the first 10 human cases in 2011, have an NA lineage found in H1N2v swine, but all 2012 human cases (58 public sets of sequences) have had an N2 lineage found in H3N2v swine and first seen in human cases in the sequences from the 2011 West Virginia day care outbreak in Mineral county (A/West Virginia/06/2011 and A/West Virginia/07/2011). Link here... http://www.recombinomics.com/News/10011202/H3N2v_Ohio_Swine_E618D.html
I previously engaged in several threads regarding the potentially devestating potential of H5N1.
Some readers who havent even attempted to gain any sort of education have downvoted my thread to the point that no-one got the chance to read and learn, on a topic that I have been closely monitoring for several years, ever since the World Health Organization announced their concerns for it to go pandemic.
Now the following link is showing its steady but relentless advance and in all probability its eventual final evolutionary mutation to become an airborne dissease that will readily spread throughout humanity with devistating effects.
