Jerry Sandusky, who was confined to his home after being arrested on charges of sexually abusing young boys, was spotted on his back porch spying on kids playing outside at a nearby elementary school, according to court documents.

Now, prosecutors want a judge to confine the former Penn State football coach inside his home as part of his bail conditions that allow him to stay out of jail while he awaits trial.

The state attorney general's office argued in a court filing that Sandusky's bail conditions should be revised so that he is not allowed outside except to seek medical treatment.
