I can play the game, as I'm not shy at all but, it's like acting a part in a play and I have to get ready to play the part before I step out into the world of people. It's draining because it's not my natural state.
^^^^ + 1 Sounds like me.
I do and I'm looking for successful (in whatever field) to perhaps interview for a paper in college.
Seems the world is set up, these days, to embrace extrovertism, bordering on exhibitionism, but what of the quiet folk?
I can be outgoing and I'm not shy, but I always need that quiet time.
Any stories you'd like to share? I'd love to hear of how you've encompassed your natural tendencies to find success.
Some say at least 30% of us are introverts, while the world celebrates the extroverts.
Would love to hear your stories.
