Original Message I just found out my 81 year old mother is being used by this asshole and he is taking all her money. I saw her bank statement and he charges anything he wants to her account, over a thousand just in January!
I plan on confronting her about it, but not sure what else I can do. Legally.
Any good advice out there? Anybody been through something similar. The guy is in his 60's. Is this elder abuse?
