[quote:Anonymous Coward 10417993:MV8xNzg3NTU5XzI5NzA2OTI1Xzc2QTRDQUE5] [quote:SkepticalTexan:MV8xNzg3NTU5XzI5NzA2ODM1XzZFN0Q5MURG] So basically they just want to ride the subway for free?
I would pay in my country in America. If they want to do that to demonstrate their point, that is fine and I will look at that like they are dancing a deadly line, but wanting change. When I look at the government of Syria murdering it's own people for asking for freedoms, or simply being unarmed in the streets en mass, I can only think of oppression and shame on the behalf of those with power, who seek to shun those sons and daughters of man from living a life similar to theirs. The truth is their lives are more similar in every way, than the true "controllers" of this world. I think of Occupy and see nothing but shame as well. The media exposed only the drunkest, most blabbering of the kinds of people, and yet there were some amazing minds there. People began to have cook outs and sit around all day, mean while others were giving speeches and trying to put organizations together. Then people began doing things. Some were smoking weed, some were having sex in continuous orgies. Others were trying to get those organizational efforts aligned and in action, meanwhile, various groups of people with less centered and serious ideologies infiltrate these active groups and redirect efforts into distractions. Thus the whole event becomes a disorganized seething frenzy of chaos, introduce police and riot gear to the matter and the mess becomes bloody, people get hurt, and now the cycle of anger, distrust, and infiltration continues. It is just a message of how deep this all is. It is not going to be a "I don't want to pay" message that wakes us up. But an "I want to work together for the positive outcome of this situation, in terms of humanity as a whole. " Quite literally.
