Most recently it started up again a few days ago. I've found if i relax my brain and kinda let my body do its own thing the intensity will relax and the energy flows freely. When I do this the earth reality I'm seeing begins to ripple and illuminate with various colors. If anyone knows anything else please share =) I'm doing my best to stay grounded through this experience.
Certain gemstones are helpful for staying grounded, I actually use earthing mats/products to connect to earth and get rid of static while I'm at home and when I'm sleeping to protect from EMFs... there are multiple tips on this thread... http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message1728753/pg1
I post on here regularly about earth changes/energy shifts. I am pretty in tune to some of the changes we have had happen over the last year or so...many laugh at this but its real and many are feeling it.
Over the last couple of hours I have developed this intense pressure/pain mid-brain...not like a normal headache pressure or cluster migraine, as I am pretty familiar with what these feel like.
I can feel my pineal gland very strongly during meditation now. The ticking/whirling of that area...right now it feels like that sensation has gone into overdrive and its actually kind of hurting...the pressure is not really letting up at all.
Anyone else feeling off?
