For nearly 10 minutes, Ethan stayed on the line with Collins until Officer Chris Vanvoorhis arrived.
"I see him looking up over the window, and I see his eyes. He sees my eyes, and I go to open the door. It was locked, but he knew to unlock the door," Vanvoorhis said.
"And then he came downstairs and said, 'They are here, Nana," Doucette said.
Ethan also knew to get grandma's purse with her medication list.
