Original Message There was an uptick in seismic activity on the New Madrid fault zone. Then haarp was cranked up to maximum magnitude right over the fault zone. Now there was catastrophic weather outbreaks over that same area. This connection can no longer be ignored.

It is obvious that haarp is being used to slow seismic activity over New Madrid possibly by deflecting cme's. The unintended byproduct is an ionization field that produces catastrophic weather patterns in the area.

Conclusion: the gov't most likely thinks that stopping a major earthquake from occurring on New Madrid by using haarp outweighs the destruction caused by catastrophic weather patterns formed as a byproduct of haarp.
