ETs/EDs (extraterrestrial/extradimensionals) say Russia makes all the right noises regarding preventing proliferation of WMDs (weapons of mass destruction), while doing the exact opposite. Case in point: three Ukrainian SS-19 550-kiloton warheads reportedly sold to Iran. Per highly informed U.S. intelligence officials, Russia was contacted and said nothing of the sort had happened; all warheads were accounted for. The reality, per the ETs/EDs, is Russia arranged for Iran to receive six SS-19 warheads, two SS-19 ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missiles) equivalents–plus 375 suitcase nukes! The ETs/EDs indicate Libya received 15-20 nuclear missiles (type unknown) with the range to reach Israel, and chaotic Syria has 35 suitcase nukes. The ETs/EDs are not happy with these developments, given the ETs/EDs’ publicly expressed plan to denuclearize the Middle East, nor are they particularly impressed with the U.S. Intelligence Community, which strikes them as inept.
