I'm no better than anyone else but I need to SCREAM about this!

I STOPPED DRINKING SODA EIGHT YEARS AGO...!!!

My only vice is the dreaded cow's milk: I still have it in my coffee, cereal, milkshakes and hot cocoa.

As for every meal, WATER...and nothing but water

Occasionally, I'll have juice here and there but I drink at least six glasses of water a day.

My kids don't drink soda and will never drink it as long as they live under my roof.

I guess I'm just saying SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HEALTH !!
