[quote:cheddar 50409176:MV8xODA4MzU0XzQxNDc4MzIxXzdENzMzQzU=] hey man, so I'm assuming this is year six? or seven or whatever Im not sure I'm not you. but I was diagnosed the week after thanksgiving last year. the corticosteroids they gave me pretty much destroyed my body's homeostasis and I think I nearly died because of the attention I did not receive following the sudden dropoff of corticosteroids in my body. as a result, I no longer trust doctors. there is a substance which has shown extremely good results for sufferers of bells palsy, I'm not sure how affective itll be in your specific case but it has recently helped with mine when in the previous year I could barely smile. it's the methyl based cobalamin or b-12 methylcobalamin. B-12 is not absorbed well by the body taken orally, so I tried insufflating it, as well as applying it as a paste to places where the skin is thin. then I got an idea. I looked up the boiling point of it and could find nothing, so I made myself a guinea pig. I put a pill in my vaporizer after I used it for the other thing I use it for and had an epiphany because for some reason the ridiculous crazy idea to vaporize or smoke a pill came to me only after I had used it for recreational purposes, which, as what I was using is an anti inflammatory among other healthy beneficial categories of substances also seems to do its part in helping the nerve to relax and heal. well the results are pretty phenominal. i started two days ago and can raise the corner of my mouth higher than it could go before, and my eyebrow and ear are starting to give better responses too. I then got the great idea to put both my special herb and a crushed b12 pill in the vape and had the greatest vaping session of all time. no smell. i just felt wonderful afterwards, the headaches I've had since I developed the disease were completely gone and I could actually feel my nerve trying to send impulses to my facial muscles when i tried to move them, something I know you know would be pretty astonishing. but in the trial groups of bells palsy sufferers who took methyl b12 as treatment in the week it was diagnosed were better within a week of treatment. thats pretty ridiculous considering we still force patients to buy a corticosteroid that WILL destroy your bodies natural production of cortisol and leave you a completely stressed out mess with no way to regulate it and no professional medical help to trust down the road in trying to treat this condition. but try b-12. the methyl type. buy a vaporizer because im pretty sure its the easiest delivery method. hold the vapor in for 30 seconds (it seriously can do no physical harm to you) and exhale. if you want a power treatment add to the mix some mj. it helps almost miraculously. and if my face never returns to normal when it should have in the first week no thanks to the medical system, well at least I got high and still managed to enjoy my life, and my nerve seems to react very well so I feel like I'm doing something important. either way I'm not letting my quality of life be diminished by a disease that has a cure which is routinely not cured because there is no money in making people buy a super cheap vitamin. don't trust the doctors. they just want to keep you sick. and if it works for you tell others about it. I actually just searched "does anyone know any cures for bells palsy" on google to see if i could share my results with anyone and found yours) I hope you get better. no one should have to deal with the emotional and psychological trauma of droopy face disease. it definitely made me more of a recluse and it should be a distant memory for both of us already. good luck man, peace :5a: [/quote]
