Most of the defendants, who have been in jail for 2 years without bail, have been acquited of all charges, including a man from my city. The 2 remaining defendants have had all charges dropped with the exception of a couple of gun charges.

The judge in this case wanted to grant the defendants bond 2 years ago, but the government stepped up and demanded that the defendants be held without bond. So after 2 years in jail, these people who were innocent, have finally been released. I am glad that the judge had the courage to stand up to the government and it's lack of evidence.
