Good luck,,,,,sorry you feel bad:hf:
Try Niacin first. See if that helps. If work sux, get a job you enjoy. Go out and live a little to see exactly what it is you like in life.
Try Niacin--simple B3 the inexpensive kind that gives you a flush in your skin. It really works, is very inexpensive and very safe. It is a water soluble vitamin--sold over the counter. They call it the "Valium vitamin". Seriously, this stuff really works--I'm up to about 2,000 to 3,000mg a day, and I feel so calm, and happy. Anxiety and depression are gone. http://www.amazon.com/Twinlab-Niacin-500mg-Capsules-Pack/dp/B001G7R0CW/ref=pd_sim_hpc_1 "Niacin assists in the functioning of the digestive system, skin, and nerves." :hf::hf::hf: ~~~Also, the Niacin works right away--will get rid of your anxiety--Look it up yourself and read the reviews--inexpensive and no side effects besides the flush which many describe as nice--a warm itching--goes away quickly--but you can feel it working. Start with a small dose and work your way up if the flush bothers you--don't take the no-flush in high doses.
I've been miserable for as long as I can remember but only recently its started to catch up to me. I'm always tired and I never want to get out of bed no matter how long I've slept, I can't focus at work and I often make mistakes that are about to cost me my job. I often drink just because it makes me feel a little better sometimes.
This doesn't seem like the best place to look for help and I'm not looking for sympathy, I just have no idea what to do anymore, I can't live like this.
