Original Message My Ex is harassing my new girlfriend. She came over to my house, showed me my girlfriends arrest recored and told me that she knows where the bitch lives and works.

She is currently not employed by any Law Enforcement agency. So I asked her how she obtained the arrest recored and she said that a friend at the sheriffs department g0t it for her.

Can she do that?
