After last nights (australian time) 8.8, 6.5, 8.6 around banda arche and many aftershocks and a major tsunami worry (if you noticed, it was in 3 seperate locations, around banda ache, sumatra and the west indian ocean), I woke up this morning to find many more equakes in that area. Watched the [link to quakes.globalincidentmap.com] for most of the day. 6.5 offshore oregeon, 7.1 offshore mexico, more in the 3 indonesian locations, a few 4-5's in new zealand, the north atlantic ocean and alaska.
And now, another 7.1 in gulf of california. Is it going to be like last night again. 7 - 8+'s popping off eVerywhere. Thankfully no damage, major tsumai's or lives have yet been lost, yet.
What is this all meaning? I've watched USG and been on GLP for over 12 months now, and have neVer seen so many 6+'s in so many areas within such a short time.
watching, and always wondering!
stay safe : )
