Original Message I saw a thread a couple of weeks back about Iodine and I decided to buy myself a bottle of the stuff. This stuff is 3% Iodine and I hear people on reviews saying they just put a few drops in a glass of water each day. Does anyone have any suggestions of how many drops I should take per day?
