That's right.

The PUBLIC university, CU Boulder will be issuing trespassing tickets to 'visitors' to campus on 4/20. The ENTIRE campus will be closed in order to disrupt a potential gathering of marijuana enthusiasts at Norlin Quad, which is closed TO EVERYONE on this day.
