Hope you are all having a fantastic evening! I'd like to be able to show off a quick method for activating altered states of consciousness via the aid of mirrors. Through the evolution of this novice practice one will figure out how to combine several intuitive suggestions which will become apparent to the ambitious practitioner. Normally, when we think of a mirror, we imagine a reflective surface which casts back our encompassed beauty. This of course is not the only use for a mirror as we can observe within the video presentation. By achieving a perfect balance within the focus practice contained within this presentation, one will become more aware of the occult powers of their mind. With that being stated, I'd like to also suggest one uses protection and has a strong connection to God before stepping into the world of the supernatural.

Steps In Order. Sit or stand 4-6 inches away from the reflective surface of the mirror. Adjust the eyes towards the framework or the edge of the glass. Run your eyes from the edge of the mirror towards the center of the glass while directly looking into your pupils. You do not want to look past the surface of the glass as you will notice an alternation between focus modes. As you lock onto the surface, a third eye will manifest towards the center of one's forehead. Hold this focus mode for as long as you can to stimulate both the pineal gland and the right-left hemispheres of the brain.

This practice will open the door ways for esoteric recreational activities such as skrying, invocations and other matters dealing with altered states of consciousness. Many of the subtle occurrences which transpire within this practice is the overall vanishing of one's face. Depending on what it is you are actually trying to achieve one will notice several thing's occur as the mirror itself becomes a tool for the reflection of one's subconscious.
