[quote:homr:MV8xODQ2OTAzXzMwNzkwMDQyXzk2NDFEQw==] Whoever keeps saying they missed ONE payment and were foreclosed on, is full of baloney1 [/quote]
Original Message
I would like to propose to all of my fine feathered fellow Americans that NOBODY should buy or even look at a FORECLOSED HOME.
One of the current tactics of the Banksters / Financial Gangsters is to foreclose on a home the minute somebody misses a single payment, regardless of the fact that it may be the first payment they've missed in 10 years.
If you have an ounce of decency in your body, realize that the "great foreclosure deal" that you are looking at just may have been yanked out from under somebody's grandmother because she had to choose between the mortgage payment and her medication.
If anything, we should be PICKETING foreclosed homes. If they find that nobody will even look at a foreclosure anymore, just maybe they will cut the crap.
What say ye?
