Original Message Meditation

Meditation is any form of a family of practices in which practitioners train their minds or self-induce a mode of consciousness to realize some benefit.

Listening...

Prayer

Prayer is an invocation or act that seeks to activate a rapport with a deity or object of worship through deliberate communication.

Speaking...

In todays world never has so much been said, but such little been spoken. And only a fraction of this is ever heard.

God is omnipitent, omnipresent, all knowing and completely aware.

What could you possibly have to say that isn't already evident in your thoughts and actions.

I've always been a good listener, and try if possible to keep my mouth shut.

Just thought i'd open this particular thought to the forum. I've never had any success with prayer, but meditation has taken me places and taught me things i'd have only dreamed about.

Now is a great time to listen, im sure He/She/They have heard it all before.
