Original Message Cass Sunstein, President Obama’s “regulatory czar,” doesn’t “remember very well” a lengthy academic paper in which he argued the U.S. government should ban “conspiracy theorizing,” including by sending agents to infiltrate websites and chat rooms.

Among the beliefs Sunstein would ban, according to the paper, is that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud.
