If Fukushima is really as bad as the biggest fear monger says, this is my question for you.
What are YOU going to do about it?
Dwell on your alledged "last" days about how they fucked up?
Continuously follow news stories regarding the issue?
Cry about dying when you're not close to dead yet?
Live the rest of your life to the fullest and ignore the sleeping monster?
I pick the last choice. Why? Because there is nothing I can do. I can't go over there and help clean up. Congress would highly likely not respond to concerned letters. So what's left? Dwelling on it until the day I die? If I did that I'm already dead.
The point is life is short. And if Fukushima really is the end of mankind (which I persnally doubt but keep an open min) Then shouldn't we be spending our last days doing the things we love? Seeing sites we've never seen? Doing something with our lives instead of spreading fear on GLP.
A week ago i noticed a swollen lymph node and a gum boil in my mouth. I temporarily conviced myself it was fuku related... Yesterday i went to the doctor. I had an abscess tooth. I'm on penicillan now and my boil is gone and my lymph node has gone down. The point is there has been so MUCH fukushima fear mongering that I thought it had affected me. Is this a sign that there is a mass panic occurng causing irrational thinking? I think so.
All I know is I'm going to live my life. You should too. Worrying about fukushima (which evidenly is a disaster no one has any clue how to help)Will only make you more and more depressed.
Do what you want and think what you want. But you spend every moment of the day fretting over fuku, then, well, you're already dead...
