Original Message Car insurance is up for renewal , I am 26 years old and never had a traffic violation since I started driving. I have been driving for seven years and over the years have seen my car insurance sky rocket up.

The truth of the matter is in my area more and more foreigners are coming in and working the system as more people commit fraudulent insurance claims which is spiking the rates for the rest of us ...

Let me put things in perspective ... I have had and still maintain a clean license for 7 years I hold two jobs and have a steady income coming in.. My insurance last year was £600 now it's up for renewal I have been quoted £3000 that's five times the amount...

Gone are the times when I was younger and used to see my dads insurance DECREASE after each passing year

Anyone else have this problem in UK or other parts of the world!!!!

Also as I need a car as I travel a lot for work and public transport doesn't give me the freedom to move around quickly.
