You should consider the doctors are just bilking the insurance at your expense. The dentist puts in the metal fillings fortified with mercury. This often causes migraine headaches. Neither the dentist or doctor will ever admit it is these metal fillings. If you have this, you just need to have them removed. Pain meds until then :hf: [/quote]

Does anyone else have this? I was diagnosed last month with degeneration in my cervical spine. They never checked the rest of my back. No MRI or anything. Today i'm having severe nerve pain above my lumbar. The doctor gave me flexerial and told me to take tylonal for pain.
I cant move with out crying. So found some lortab 10s laying around the home and popping a few beers with it. Why are doctors so crappy.
So if you have this as well what are some good back and ab exercises to add to my routine? I dont plan on exercising today. Not until the pinched nerve pain goes away.
Any other natural ways to heal this? I've took 3 HOT showers and had the heat pad on the area.
I dont understand why he did not xray the rest of my spine or look further into it. I told him the pain radiates from my neck, shoulders and middle spine most days. Or and he gave me diflonimac. All these seem to be like placebos or something. Not that I am addicted to pills. Id just rather not take something that does not work and add to the toxicity in my body.
I was wondering what some good herbs for pain and muscles might be. Tried and true.
