The journal “Molecular Neurobiology” published a study called “Neuroprotection by Spice-Derived Nutraceuticals: You Are What You Eat!” in its March 2011 issue that reported on the anti-inflammatory properties of coriander protecting the nervous system from damage. Coriander showed protective benefits against colon cancer.
