One thing that I've not really heard before is the real reason for our existence. It's not lessons or companionship for god, etc. Our purpose is to Complete the Paradox of God. As an unlimited being, God is limited to being unlimited. Which is a paradox that must be solved. God is also pure and perfect love, which means God is limited to love. Therefor, another paradox. What tiny, infinitesimal part of God can experience everything that God cannot, AS IF IT WERE REAL? You. Me. Us. It's impossible for the human mind to grasp the concept that we are amongst the most important "god fragments" that exist. The very idea, much less an acceptance of the possible reality of, being something upon which the existence of everything hinges; is anathema to the human experience. But why? WHY is it such a 'sin' to believe that we are spiritual powerhouses? WHY is it such a 'sin' to believe that we carry within us a perfect fractal hologram of a mighty universal Creator? The one question that humans ALWAYS ask.. "Why?" Little children ask, "Why?" nonstop. When suffering comes to us, we ask, "Why me?" But what are we told about this question? It's unimportant, can't be answered, and is immaterial. Yet, despite the supposed fact that it's an unimportant, even meaningless question, we still cry that one first in our anguish, "Why, God, why??" The truest and deepest question in life isn't, "What is the meaning of life," it's "Why?" Why are we here? Why did God create us? Why does God need us? Why does God want us? Why me? Why must I experience this suffering Within that single word, everything is hidden. We cry that word out because IN OUR DEEPEST BEING, we know that it is the essential question. And the answer to that question is the secret. The true secret of our lives isn't wrapped up in meaning, it's wrapped up in 'why'. What's the point of life? The point of life is to Complete God. To prevent God from coming undone through the Paradox. We must do, and be, everything that God cannot--and we must do it AS IF IT WERE REAL. Life had the meaning that you choose to give it, because all our job is, is to be here. To BE human. We ponder the meaning in life because LIFE IS THE MEANING. The purpose is already served, simply by you being here. It's like a man who's peeling potatoes and asking what the purpose of a potato peeler. You're already DOING and BEING everything that is your true purpose; you are Completing the Paradox of God simply by existing.
Wow! That is deep. . :stars: I think I grasp your words but not sure I grasp its implications, Yet . . . is this something you were told in one of your NDEs? . . .
"Two universities in the United States currently have academic parapsychology laboratories. The Division of Perceptual Studies, a unit at the University of Virginia's Department of Psychiatric Medicine, studies the possibility of survival of consciousness after bodily death, near-death experiences, and out-of-body experiences.[39] The University of Arizona's Veritas Laboratory conducts laboratory investigations of mediums. Several private institutions, including the Institute of Noetic Sciences, conduct and promote parapsychological research.[38]"
