Shred a cabbage and some carrots. Add chopped green onions. Any nuts around? sunflower or almonds are good. Break up raw crunchy ramen noodles. Mix it all up. Add a dressing made of olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, tsp sugar, and soy sauce to taste. It's really good! But you have to eat it right away, before noodles turn soggy. If you take it to a friends place, just add the raw noodles before eating.
hhuummm.... this I need to try
Let's hear it... How to turn a .39 packet of noodles into something different and good.
I just did the noodles, drained all the water, added butter, salt, pepper and a 1/2 packet of the seasoning. Not too bad (since I wasn't wanting soup).
So...what are your tricks with this complex carb... ????
