Original Message My husband called to tell me to be extra careful when I was out and about today ... as he was driving into work he said he saw PLAINCLOTHES COPS out all over the place -- pointing to cars and waving them to pull over.

He assumed it was for traffic violations, etc and said he managed to 'get through' because he wasn't doing anything wrong, but I thought it sounded strange enough to post here.

Anyone know if the police are out looking for someone this morning? I didn't get to ask my husband whether or not they were pulling over the same types of cars or possibly drivers who met a particular description or not.

I believe this would have been through the mid-cities corridor (Probably Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Hurst, Euless, Bedord) and the time was around 8:30 am.

Can anyone corroborate or add more details? I will call my husband and see what he remembers about types of car or drivers.
