New York Strips, Crabcake Filled Mushrooms, Shrimp on the Barby, Spinach Wilted Salad, Loaded Baked Potato
(Crabcakes- Fresh Lump Crab, Bread Crumbs, Old Bay, Bell Peppers & Green Onion, Egg and Mayo)
(Spinach Wilted Salad- Fresh Spinach, Crisp crumpled Bacon, Sharp cheddar Cheese, Boiled egg and just a little hot bacon grease to "Wilt" the salad)
Crunchy Taco's with Refried Beans and Mexican Rice
(Pico-de-Gallo "Made Fresh" with Onions, Jalapeno, Tomato, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Cumin & Chili Powder)
Chicago Style Hot Dogs from my restaurant
(Bun, All Beef Frank, Mustard, Sweet Relish, Dill Pickle Wedge, Sliced Tomato, Chopped onions, Serrano peppers, Celery Salt)
No Poppy seed's because the Soldiers who frequented our restaurants could test positive for opiates.
