Original Message So I finally got the cash up to fix my teeth and its great but my enamel is shot to hell. I asked my dentist if I could do anything and he said it can't be repaired. He sold me some Gingimed stuff to help make my teeth "feel" better and prevent my sensitivity ($7 a bottle online and he charged me $25 ~_~ ) I don't much like the idea of hiding the problem myself.

I was curious if anyone out there has any good tips or advice? I changed a few things in my life and I also am on a vitamin regiment.

Bonemeal - 2 TSP per day (1 morning/night) 80% calcium
2 MultiVitamin (No K/K2 in it) 20% calcium (swanson vitamin no iron)
1 100mcg K2 vitamin (suppose to help calcium get to the proper places)

My next step is Comfrey Leaves in a tea, brew it and swish for 20 minutes one time a day. I was told it helps absorption of minerals in the teeth and help improve health of gums and cells.

The only issue I have now is making my own tooth powder. Anyone have any advice for either homemade or store bought? I want to stay away from Fluoride and Glycerin.

I suppose my last question is are they right or anything I should or shouldn't be doing? I refuse to think our bodies can't repair something that it grew. I am not expecting brand new teeth but I find it hard to swallow that my teeth wont strengthen the enamel that is left if given the proper setup.
