[quote:sleepypoochy:MV8xODk1NjM3XzMxNjc1MjczXzUyNTAyNTNB] I got a ton of sycamore trees that for years shed from the end of spring until early winter. Does that when there's been no rain and it's really hot out. [/quote]

I've lived in Hillbilly NY for most of my life, and have never noticed what appeared to be early leaf drop until last summer.
Last year I noticed it far before the typical fall shedding.
Yesterday my 3 year old grandaughter said, "Look Grandma it's snowing !!" Sure enough I went outside and our willows are dropping leaves like crazy .... with 3 huge ones in our yard, it certainly looked something like snow fall.
Is this normal, or are we experiencing something completely new in the past 2 years ???
Anyone else noticing it ?
