Original Message Attorneys arguing on behalf of Barack Obama’s re-election plans today urged a Florida judge to decide that Obama is not yet the Democratic nominee for president – and ignore evidence challenging his eligibility.

The arguments were raised by attorney Mark Herron on behalf of Obama in a hearing before Judge Terry Lewis in Florida

Attorneys representing Obama argued that the Florida presidential preference primary, on which Obama’s name was the only Democrat nominee, does not make Obama the Democratic nominee for president yet.
