Original Message My room mate and I moved into a house about 6 months and it looks like the door frame panel keeps leaking some sort of oil. We've heard shifts in the house and stuff like that, nothing too odd but just a few strange happenings here and there.

Any advice for oil just randomly showing up on the wood of her door??looks like its been "annointed" or something but no ones done it, and its definitely oil. Any logical explanations out there for this?
