A man in Arkansas has built the original water and pipe style design that caused such a fuss and eventually landed Wilhelm in prison.
Most "cloudbusters" are now made from resin and quarts with iron filings, however this is not like Wilhelm's original design. This guy did it right. No rain had been seen in the area in 2 months prior to his machine getting used.
The results, including some ufos, are show in the video.
