Why is this so bad, what is the problem, exactly?

The budget?
Who is paying for this?
..The employee or the employer?
Whatabout the unemployed?
Is the bad US medical service gonna get worse?
Is it now mandatory? Can you "opt-out"?
Are private med-insurance rates gonna go up in $$$?
Are they gonna try to fix everything now with a pill?
What about vaccines and such? are they now mandatory?
